The oils I use are nearly totally absorbed by the skin.
You can request a dry massage if it is compatible with the treatment.
Massage has been of personal benefit to me many times as I enjoy jogging and inevitable get little tears and sprains every now and then.
I update my massage skills regularly and have been lucky enough to complete hand and foot trigger point courses which boost relaxation.
